Tony,
Thanks for the reply. In the UK at present the key too is the motivated seller. I am leaflet dropping at present in 5000 batches to get 1-2 good leads. It is difficult to flip at present as the market is depressed (at least for another 2 years!) So I hold them expecting them to double in value about every 7 years (based on historical stats) and rent them out. The trick is to find them. The fundin option I use most is a no-money down strategy whereby we purchase at the agreed price and instantly re-mortgage at the market value so releasing cash instantly for the next deal. How does owner finance work? and what is the 'buyers list to market'?
Thanks
Phil

Justin,
Thank you for your comments. I am concentrating on the UK at the moment and wanted to chat with someone in the U.S. to see if I could use any of the methods and tips that you use there for sourcing and funding BMV properties, here in the UK.
Regards
Phil

Hello Everyone,
I am a property investor in the UK and specialise in locating and purchasing Below Market Value properties within the UK. I am interested in how the same concept works in the US in the hope that I may be able to able your skills and knowledge to my business in the UK. Any help, information and tips would be most helpful.
Best regards
Phil
