i'm looking for a real estate investor who could help mentor me part time so i can gain knowledge and could possible do business with in the near future. i'm a full time student and work at four season resort. Any thing helps as i want to understand the business as best as possible so i don't lose money on my first deal and so i can graduate college with monthly cash flow earnings. i am considering real estate investing as a full time job but as of right now, im getting my degree and working a job to pay my bills. i'm 19 years of age and extremely intrigued by Real Estate.

I'm seeking any help from veteran investors in the Phoenix area. Im 19 years of age and look to begin investing as soon as possible. Basically seeking mentor help to gain knowledge and get a better understand of real estate investing.

okay I'm hoping to make my first investment in real estate by Dec. 2016 of $1,000. Basically, i want to learn whats the smartest area to make your first investment in and where do i go to make that investment?

i don't have any experience with real estate investing unfortunately. I gave myself a deadline of Dec. 2016 to make my first investment.
