I am a rookie looking at MF in TN and NC. Would love to connect to see how best I can help you and you team. My goal is to learn from those in the industry and start acquiring property myself or partner if possible. My experience is in res. construction out in Louisiana and will be relocating to Knoxville or Charlotte by the end of the year.

26 y/o rookie looking for networking opportunities with seasoned MF investors (5-50 units). I am looking to get started this year with my first property but have been running into questions about acquisition and underwriting. Would love to connect with anyone willing to do a one or one, but any suggestions towards groups or virtual seminars that cover these topics are welcomed as well.

Novice RE Investor looking to get into the buying and subdividing of land (5+ acres). Located out of Louisiana targeting the Northshore (between Baton Rouge and Mandeville) which is north of New Orleans. I understand the broad process, but I am still curious to hear any first hand accounts of anybody familiar with subdividing land. 

I am a licensed RE Agent and Contractor. So finding and servicing the land should not be an issue for me if needed.
