Hi Sam,

I'm fairly new to bigger pockets and an aspiring real estate investor in the Milwaukee area.  I won't be able to attend this Thursday but wondering if there's a mailing list or anything I can do to be notified when this group will meet in the future?  I'd love to get to know some of you and hear about your ideas.

Thanks,

Pete

I have the tenants do it.  They usually do the minimum possible but they've never complained about it.  Probably helps that the driveway is small.  Some tenants are better about this than others.

William - glad to hear you've gotten interest.  I can tell you that my duplex has a 2 bdrm 1 bath and is very close to North Ave.  I recently turned it over and raised the rent to $1300 and I was able to get it rented so I think you're in the right ballpark.  Good luck!

Thanks William - I won't be able to make it tonight.  Would either of you be able to grab lunch in Tosa one day next week?  Any day but Wednesday works for me.

Hi Guys,

This is actually my first post ever.  I currently have a duplex in Tosa and am looking to acquire more rental properties.  I'd love to share any info that could help you guys as well as learn from your experiences.  I work in the area, so lunch is usually doable with a week or two notice.
