So I've been able to get approved for a va loan through my lender and I'm currently in the process of analyzing deals for a house hack. I'm looking to purchase a single family home and rent 3 bedrooms out to some of my buddies for $500 each. I'm currently stuck with analyzing the numbers for properties or even how to since I'm totally new to this. Any advice out there?

Hey BP! I've found a property with a motivated seller for just about 30k under market value. I'm trying to turn this into a wholesale deal but with it being my first time I have little to no experience with this. I'm looking for an experienced wholesaler or even somebody that'd like to pick up this property, just to gain a little experience (on my part). The property is a 3 bedroom 3 bath SFH.

Hey BP! I'm new to REI and looking to get into my first deal within the next 3-6 months. I've joined my local REIA and have been trying to get educated as much as I can. My main strategy would be to buy and hold or even implement the BRRR strategy. Any comments or advice please feel free to shoot me a message. Thanks!

I'm currently 19 in the military and have little to nothing saved up. Was looking towards turnkey properties for starting up but it'd take me quite some time to save up the 10-20% down. I've thought about taking the route of seller financing but didn't know I'd that was a wise decision. If anybody has advice or wisdom I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

I'm currently 19 in the United States Air Force and feel pretty lucky to have read number of books from the Rich Dad team at this age. I've been an avid learner for about 3 years now but feel I'm ready to get started and take off with investing. Only thing is I'm clueless as where to start or how to get started. Any tips or advice out there? V/R -Pete Velasquez
