@Alex Forest thank you for your input. So my daughter have decided and will be going to JMU. I am currently looking in Harrisonburg area. We will probably be looking at a townhome since condo fee is insanely high on some of the units. I also considered brand new development but it’s 6 miles away from the campus. Still searching.

About how much is the hoa for your property if you don't mind me asking? Camden is around 175$ seems hight for a town house. Sounds more like a condo fee.
