Thank you guys for your replies, advice and support. I will definitely start calling to see if I can get approved.  I'll keep you posted

Hi guys, I'm totally new to RE and I wanted to know how I can buy my first multi unit property in California. My wife and I started new full-time jobs just a few months ago, we have saved some money for a downpayment and have excellent credit.

We want to use our first time buyer 3.5% downpayment and house hack but are not sure if we can do it  because we don't know if the bank would give us a loan with no 2 year full-time work history.

We are hearing that interest rates are going up soon and we want to buy now!! We want advice on loan brokers or banks that would give us a loan with our situation.

Thanks guys
