Wow!! Thank you for your insight Missy H. I will follow your directions. Any ideas on how to get ahold of contractors? Is there a list somewhere? Best, Peter

I have a bathroom I'd like to renovate in the dtla area. I'm not sure how to approach this. Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Peter
I'm wanting to upgrade my moms house in Ventura and then sell it. Need to now which upgrades are worthwhile to bring the value of the house up. Also make it sellable. Then looking to take the cash leftover after paying off existing loan, to make a down payment on another house or two. I'm a first time buyer with some holes in my credentials, I.e. Credit and income. I would love some feedback. Also some one on one consulting in the Ventura area to sell the house. Then help on purchasing new home/s. Thank you, Peter A. Molina

Good to know. Thank you. I've downloaded, Zillow, Redfin, and realtor.com. Redfin had one listing for an 8 unit multi family.

How would I get lists? What's the best way to find brokers?(any broker in the area I'm looking)

Also, do certain brokers have specific listings or all listings?

Hi, I'm a newbie in real estate. I'm searching for listings through apps that I've downloaded and only one has offered me multi family apartment building for sale.

Is there a more efficient or different option at finding these listing in Ventura or LA?

More than willing to learn and take suggestions.

Thanks for the help,

Peter A. Molina
