Thanks for reaching out. This property is a rancher that was updated in 2012 in the Presidential Lakes Subdivision in Pemberton Township. I am the contract purchaser. This home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with 1,268 square feet. It was rehabbed in 2012. It will need a new standard septic system. The lot size is 21,344 square feet (just under .50 acres). The 2017 real estates taxes are $3,288.

I am very familiar with Presidential Lakes since my father built over 400 homes in the back section of this community and I had developed and sold 106 lots behind what he built. Ryan Homes built out these lots for the most part ( a few other builders built there as well).

It's a quiet lake community with immediate access to Rt 70. Always a strong market for active and retired military families and personnel as McGuire Fort Dix Joint Base is very close.
