@Brian Jaime

Thank you both for the replies. So does inventory go up and down? If theyre low right now Im assuming that its going to stay that way.

For example...youll hear sean Terry say "Ive been wholesaling in phoenix for the past 17 years... Hasn't he already hit all the houses in his market ..like as of a long time ago...i know he does some virtual but still...

I just dont see how there is enough houses to last 17 years of the same marketing.

Im confused as to how much opportunity there is to wholesale and fix n flip.

Can we run out of houses to do these strategies on? If so, are we close?

I know there are tons of wholesalers and fix n flippers but I have no understanding as to how much inventory there is.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thank you

I have a question.

Will there always be motivated sellers? Will they ever run out?

If so, can someone explain that?

Is it because there's always people that will fall behind on payments?

Im convinced that Real Estate doesn't have enough deals to make money consistently.  Am i completely wrong?  Can I make billions of dollars in this industry?

Can someone help me understand how there is enough motivated sellers or opportunity in this industry.

You can use stats or examples - or whatever you can think of.

I feel like im missing the foundation - where the opportunity to make money comes from.  I don't understand it.

Thank you very much.
