I live in the Nashville TN area. Im about to move out of my current home and rent it out. This is going to be my first propery in my rental portfolio. I have talked to rental warehouse about managing the propery. They seem legit, though a bit expensive on the front end. Anyone have any advise for a first time landLord who works 60 hours a week? Also, has anyone used renters warehouse and if so how was the experience? If your in the Nashville area can you recommend a good property manager? Thanks for reading!
