Hi, my name is Peter and I am fairly new to REI. I bought a home in Seattle 2 years ago and have been squeezing every penny out if it with a mother in law and renting out a room on the main floor.

Currently saving money for another property and hoping to make some moves.  I am an attorney by trade but like the idea of retiring early through real estate, hard work and discipline.
