Hi Tyler. It's for Coolbaugh Township, Tobyhanna. I am able to select 5 cleaners from Turno.com and able to narrow down to 2 after interviewed them. Thank you for your response.

Hi fellow investors, I am in need of a reliable cleaner for my short-term rental house in the Poconos, PA. Would anyone recommend 1 or more cleaners or cleaning company that is specialized in STR? Thank you!

On this momentous day in 1776, we declared independence from tyranny, restrictions, personal, physical, spiritual, religious, and financial limitations. What are you declaring your independence from July 4, 2023? Please share!

Agree, inventory is only part of the equation. As an investor, we need to solve as many unknowns as possible with available tools and data. Thank you Josh for your input!

Wow, looks like it is "over-built". Thank you for the links.

Since there are so many new constructions (both single family and multifamily) coming onto the markets, I am curious if there are any tools or websites where we can gather data for my underwriting process. I am specifically interested in the Phoenix/Tempe, San Antonio, Tampa, and Jacksonville areas. Of course, FREE is always appreciated; but willing to pay affordable monthly fee if only paid version is available. Thank you!
