Hi,

  We have a 5 bedroom, 2&1/2 bath 1800 sq. ft. house with a 600 sq. ft. basement that has been about 90% rennovated. The house still needs new garage doors, appliances, some carpet, trim and cleanout.  We are remote investors looking for an investor to buy as is or a contractor to help us complete the project .  The house is in a quiet neighborhood in Northside adjacent to Parkers Woods Nature Presereve and Strauch Island.

Hi,

  We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath 800 sq ft townhouse in Grey's Ferry, Philadelphia. It is fully renovated and as out of town investors we are not sure whether we should sell or hold and rent for long or short term. It would appear that if we sell now we would be lucky to break even and we don't know the strength of the long or short term rental markets in Grey's Ferry. We would appreciate any help/advice from specialists in the Philadelphia area.
