Not sure if this thread is still alive, but I'd be very interested in a meetup! Seems like there are enough people in the area to get something going, if we were to meet fairly regularly, create a group that people could find on google, and keep at it.

Since I'm starting out with minimal cash, I'm looking to start with wholesaling. What steps should I take to make that first deal happen?

My name is Peter, and my day job (and night job, when necessary) is a small business owner in the Chippewa Valley in Western Wisconsin. Rich Dad Poor Dad got me interested in real estate investment, and I took Josh Fuhrer's online classes which provided a great introduction to the fundamentals of real estate investing. I am now looking for my first deal, and since I am short on purchasing cash, I am also looking for investors to flip options to!
