Hello, My name is Peter and I'm from Toronto, Canada. I am a general contractor by trade and have come across a client of mine that is a landlord for multifamily properties. Over the past year we have renovated 2 buildings that consisted of 6 units in each building. I have learned that he has been using the Brrrr strategy and got me very interested in this space. I am grateful that he is teaching me a few things and would also like to get other people's tips and suggestions on how to start out. If theres anyone that is from Toronto, Canada, I am sure you are familiar with the real estate market here. I am seeking for tips and suggestions regarding how a sole proprietor would get the proper financing to use the brrrr strategy in such a expensive real estate market. Thanks!
