I  have  3 C+ properties in  Atlanta (ITP near midtown) that are in need of HVAC replacement very soon. The 2 choices for budget equipment appear to be Goodman or ICP brands (related to Carrier)- Heil , Comfortmaker. I am interested in getting some feed back on those brands of equipment and investor friendly contractors who normally work in the area. - Thanks

The dependable reasonably pricing HVAC that I used for my rental properties  Atlanta  many years sold his business moved away. I am looking for someone to replace him  I would prefer a small operation where  I can deal directly with the owner.

Over the the last season  of years, I have had to replace leaking evaporator coils in Goodman several units that were less than 3 years old.  The part was covered under warranty but I had to pay quite a bit in labor.  Can anyone  recommend another brand close in price  that would be more reliable ?
