Hi bp community, I'm just starting my real estate journey. I want to start analyzing deals. What is a good blue print or book to follow for beginners? Thanks, Pete

My name is Pete Murphy from Middleboro, Massachusetts. I served 5 years in the US Navy Seabees, currently I'm a heavy equipment operator and volunteer firefighter, with hopes of becoming full time and investing in real estate on the side. Been sitting the sidelines for the past 10 years just reading books and articles on real estate but I just turned 30 and getting married in a couple weeks and am ready to jump into it. Look forward to learning more from this site and hopefully get the confidence I need to do my first deal. I'm interested in flipping and multi family properties. Thanks
