Thanks everyone for your feedback.

@Hassan O.

We are at a very early stages of multi-family syndication. We are looking at 100 to 150 doors Class B properties. We haven’t decided on the location yet. The intent of the question was to understand the pros and cons of rolling in fees as GP contributions and whether it would trigger any red flags from the lender or investors perspective.

Thanks for all your feedback. Its been super useful. Is it normal to roll-in some of the fees (Ex: Acquisition fees) back into the deal as GP contribution?

Thanks Vinay and Juan for your feedback.

Few of my friends and I are forming a Multifamily real estate syndication. We are at the stage of evaluating various markets. Can you please let us know what % of purchase price the General Partners usually contribute in a deal?

Thanks in advance

Pete.
