@Greg Braun Thanks! I've periodically moved to a few other places but I always come back, it's a great area. Well, you know...when it's not 20 degrees below zero. Question for ya: are you aware of any REIA clubs near our area of WI? The closest ones I've come across are in the cities and in Appleton.

Hello! My name is Casey and I'm pretty new to the real estate world. I've been devouring all the information I can get my hands on lately and am extremely grateful for sites such as this one which offer so much guidance in one place.

I currently work as a server at a restaurant at night and work a few odd jobs during the day doing things like landscaping, light construction, and interior painting. I'm getting some exposure to real estate investing through a couple of my colleagues that make a living through rentals and flipping homes. I'm learning as much as I can from them and hope to broaden my knowledge through the BP community.

In my free time I love physical outdoor activities like rock climbing, running, kayaking, and hiking. I try to travel as much as I can, road trips being my favorite method, and I spend a lot of time gardening, reading, watching movies, and enjoying the company of my girlfriend, friends, and family.
