Just launched my second mid-term and looking to add a property later this year. Crazy market conditions unlike what we've seen and pricey contractors add to the challenges but look forward to hearing how everyone is strategizing and making opportunities.

New regulations in Bar Harbor pose hurdles and reg's may hit other island towns soon but the surrounding communities offer great potential as well

Great thoughts above... Just a few other propane powered thoughts for what it's worth... a wall mounted Empire runs with or without power but the blower stops working in a power outage so the heat doesn't distribute as well... also like a Rinnai wall heater it has a minimum heat setting so will never get below around 60 so long as propane's in the tank
