HI everyone. I have been an agent for just over a month in NYC.  I closed a few rental deals and I'm hungry to start sales.  I went to an open house for a condo and I overheard a buyer shopping for herself.  I knew I should have talked to her, but I had no idea how to approach her.  She left and I lost an opportunity. Any tips so this doesn't happen again? Thanks!
