Hi..

My name is Penny, and I have been reading every bit of information that I can get my hands on regarding foreclosure. I have personally bought a couple of houses with no money down, but I have not done that for quite awhile. My daughter and I now "scout" out houses for a group of investors. This has been one frustrating journey. The people in my territory are too afraid to step out of the box and reach for help. They would rather ruin their credit and let their houses go back to the bank. We have seen this happen over and over. I had contacted them by mail-no response. We have went to their house personally, they will not answer the door. Do any of you have a suggestions on how to make contact?

I was very excited to find this forum. I have had real estate in one form or another for the past 16 years.
