Key questions to ask when interviewing brokers. Monthly Fees? Will brokerage take a percentage of purchases you make for yourself. (Most brokerages have a split per transaction, but some will waive the transaction if it's for you)

I found a bunch of duplexes and started to email the listing agents, to my surprise I actually found one that agreed to owner financing. We haven't agreed to terms yet but she wants out of the rental business ASAP. I'll keep you posted.

How's it going folks, I'm looking for the best way to approach someone to sell me their duplex on owner financing. Is there a strategy you've used before?
