@Brad Sand, Thank you! I will definitely take action on attending local real estate investment clubs and contacting local realtors. I didn't think that would be a possible lead to finding wholesale buyers. I appreciate your feedback. 

@Eric James. To my understanding not all title companies are investor friendly or don't know how to process wholesaler transactions. Which can ultimately break your deal, if you find that out after you have a property already under contract. The information I received from following wholesalers on social media, was to find a title company first. So, there were no bumps in the road later on once a property was under contract.

@Brad Sand, thanks for reaching out. Yes, that is exactly right, I'm trying to build my team. I want to know exactly who I can go to once I have a property under contract. I understand having a title company that is investor friendly and understands the process with assignment of contracts is key.  

@Isaiah Pearson. Yeah I've been following the work of famous wholesalers like Max Maxwell, it most definitely helps. 

@Tommy Adeoye. Very much appreciate the time you allotted on my behalf to share some knowledge. I'm just so ready to get this thing in motion, I'm all over it. Your words " You are better off moving in doubt than not moving at all" hit home because that's just how I feel. Like, let's get it! Sitting on the sidelines is not my thing. 

@Isaiah Pearson I appreciate you taking the time out to address my question. Google has really been no help in finding an investor friendly title company in my area. I will definitely check out the book you recommended, along with try to connect with some local realtors and wholesalers in my area through this platform.  

New to real estate wholesaling and I'm just trying to get a good foundation down. I started Driving for dollars and contacting owners, but what good is all of that if I don't have a title company that understands the business I'll be bringing? I'm just really motivated to get started. Though I understand certain things must be in order for business to run properly. Are there any other wholesalers, real estate investors that know of a good title company to utilize in the Harrisburg, PA area?
