I don't have experience in real estate that's why I'm learning and going to school. I know this is the career I want I like helping people . The only problem I got is how do I start and where? If I get a part time job that can pay my bills I'll be good till I get more experience in real estate.

I'm barely starting into real estate I have a whole bunch of bills on me. So idk if I should stay with my full time job that I dislike and try to do real estate too or find a part time job and do real estate more. 

What advice can you guys recommend ?

I want to buy and flip homes. I'm 21 years old and I dislike my  job I wanna work my way out I got a #oneyeargoal .
