It depends on the state. Some allow online notary, some you’ll have to meet at Starbucks.

Must time be tracked per property? Or is it simply per business type?

Quote from @Kyler J Sloan:

@Chris Henry Yes, and that was a plastic pre-fabricated tub. This is a custom design, with demo work removing paneling and two old tubs, laying backerboard, and installing the tiles from there. Of course it will be more.

Oh, and it totals about 220 square feet of tile space.

I understand. Mine was removing the tub and surround, new tub install, 104sqft tile and backerboard. No paneling demo, so there's that.

7.4K for labor only?? No way. For that price, he should be buying materials.

I just recently had a plastic tub+surround ripped out and replaced with new tub and tile surround. $3500 for labor and materials.

Ok, so they are asking that if say the cleaning cost is $300, for example, that you apply the $200 pet fee first, leaving them with $400 deposit remaining. Alternatively, you might say the fee is a fee and take the cleaning out of their deposit, leaving them with $200 deposit remaining. Correct?

I'm just getting started, but I has this same debate. I ultimately came down on the BRRRR to STR approach because I only have so much capital and I want to recycle it.

So, just a basic hypothetical question: under which do you pay less? I can never tell in these discussions which one people are trying to justify. Lol

If the choice is full or bunk, a twin over full bunk is the best of both. There’s no choice in my mind.

I've heard you can run an ozone machine near the AC return and have the fan circulate it. Maybe there's a setup where your cleaner can set the ozone to run for an hour and kick the fan on on their way out.
