Good Morning All,

I'm finishing up courses to become a real estate agent with ambitions to begin a property management company in the Buffalo, NY area.  Looking for feedback from other investors as far as what I should expect the broker commission/fee's to be?

Good Evening All,

Can anyone make a recommendation for a local attorney they have used to establish an LLC for income properties? Quite a few options out there and I'm not comfortable using Legal Zoom to tackle it myself.
