It's not that I only want to make verbal offers, but I don't have the money to keep tied up on several deals.

I've been talking and getting to know a real estate agent in my area, she is a fairly new agent so I am training her on what properties I am looking for. My question is, she will not present any verbal offers, is there any way around this obstacle?

Feedback Please!!!

Hello Biggerpocketers,

I have a quick question, since real estate agents control a big portion of the market. Are there any ways to work with Real Estate agents and put deals togather?

Any feedback would be very helpful.

Thanks A Bunch

Any help would be appreciated. :D
