I found out today that 5,000 Foreclosure listings will be released in California next week! That's good news for us in San Diego because we need the inventory. :D

Yeah, Thanksgiving will be interesting because your family member didn't use you but doing business with family can be dangerous. Anyways, great job on getting the FSOB. Maybe market the heck out of it to show you are the neighborhood specialist. That may bring more buyers and sellers to work with.

Nice, keep up the good work. All I have to say is keep on doing the activities (open houses, attend community events, network, etc) and the business will come to you. Don't sit at your office and wait for the phone to ring. Great job.

I currently use Real Estate Webmasters which is a bit expensive but worth it. Other companies that I heard were good is Z57, 1parkplace, LinkURealty and point2agent. Oh, I almost forgot, Wordpress is also good way to go.
