My business partner and I are looking to leverage a few of our rental properties using a line of credit from their equity. The problem we are having trouble finding banks will to do a line of credit on an investment property. Does anyone have preferred lenders willing to do these lines of credit?

My business partner and I are looking for an acquisition line of credit to help us scale. We have two questions. 1) Has anyone used xpressloan911 for a loan or line of credit, if so was your experience positive or negative and why?

2) Does anyone else have recommended leanders for an acquisition line of credit? Any advice or input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for your response and help. I will need to learn more about the reverse 1031 exchange. The property we are acquiring will be held as a rental.

My business partner and I are listing our current flip next week and are due to close on our next BRRR. Since we will be closing on this new property before closing on the property we are selling can we still use the 1031 exchange? If so how do we do that? Thanks in advance for the good advice.
