As title says, looking for some first hand experience, positive or negative; for working with mynd.co. (https://www.mynd.co)

One of my co-workers at my last job (pre-covid times) used to work\invest with them, so I had probably registered on their site back then. They just started sending me promotional emails again since a month or so back and their prices look decent. I'm not in touch with that co-worker now but I didn't even know about BP back then. Now that I have this amazing community, I want to know the folks here if you've ever heard of this company or worked with them? Or if you heard about them but decided not to work with them for xyz reason, I'd interested in that too.

Thanks in advance.

Pawan

Thank you everyone for your inputs. I did see some older posts (about couple years back) here with the same question. I saw that people suggested not to touch anything south of 25th or 30th st. and I could see the price difference as we move north.

@Jack Smith, thanks for the detailed response. I did see your comments on the previous posts as well and found them very informative.

Hello,

Is Canton City in Ohio a good investment opportunity? It's a bit south of Akron, and the house prices are within my budget. I did check the rental trends on rent.com but wanted to understand the rental income potential there from someone familiar with the area. Also, if you could suggest some contractors and RE management companies that operate in that area (based on your personal experience only please), that'd be even better.

Thanks!

I got introduced to BP about a month back, and have been watching the YT channel and various BP podcasts, especially the BP rookie podcast. Wanted to take the plunge in the RE market a few years back but then covid happened and a lot of things changed (economy, market as well as personally). So, I'm trying to do it now, better late than never, right? Looking forward to learning a lot in this community. Please feel free to let me know of any specific rules and semantics I should be aware of.
