Hi - sorry, perhaps I wasn't clear. I am the owner of a hotel condo in Miami Beach. I am looking to hire a relation of a colleague i have in another business as a 'safe pair of hands' to check people in and out, manage keys, arrange cleaning and check for maintenance required but not to manage the finance or reservations. I am thinking of paying this person 10% of revenue and wondered if that was reasonable and fair. I am trailing one rooftop as my booking platform.

What reservation system/Channel manager would you recommend?

How much would you consider acceptable as a percentage of revenue for a person to manage the property (check guests in, check guests out, arrange cleaning etc). I will handle the reservation and booking side.
