If you are working with a buyers agent they may have better luck at getting a response. If that fails you could try to contact the owner but should explain the lack of response from the listing agent. The owner then can decide for themselves what to do about the agent lack of response. Don't try to get around the listing agreement the owner my have with the listing agent. You don't want the listing agent to think you are trying to undercut their commission.

Hi All,

I am new to Bigger Pockets. I am a real estate agent in Maryland, working on get my DC license. I currently work in Montgomery County, Maryland. I am interested in learning more about buying rentals, and flipping and have limited experience with both. I am also interested in learning about whole selling.
