Thank you for the encouragement. I am transitioning out of a field I have been in for almost 25 years. I believe Real estate has the potential to provide for the goals we have as a family for the next part of our life's journey. Thanks again.

Hi my name is Paul. My wife, Joann and I, are looking for financial freedom through real estate. The purpose is so  we can spend more time working in ministry, be more generous, travel, and be in control of our time and energy and not have someone else allocate those resources to suit there own purposes. We live in Palm Beach county Florida. We are in the middle of buying a second home and converting our current residence to a rental property. Our plan is to make it the first of ten rental properties over the next 5 years.

What is the best way for a self-employed person to organize their finances.
