I've written a script to pull owner information and have my list ready to go. What would you guys recommend for SMS services?  I know of batchleads.io but wanted others' opinions on what they've used and how it is working out.  Any input is appreciated.  FYI, I've tried the free texting servicing but it auto blocks after so many(10) texts.

I'm glad the market is slowing down a bit. All the homes I've been following in the Sacramento area has dropped 10-15k+ and they still have not sold.  The same floor plan home in the same neighborhood were in contract within the week of posting in the beginning of the year but now they have been seen on the market for a few months with only a few offers. 

I'm in the area as well and is in the same boat. 

@Meredith L. I'm curious to know if the property was in the Berkeley area or the Sacramento area.
