New Inivestor and new big pockets poster here. I'm currently A home owner of a multi family home in Long Island NY. I live on the main Level and rent out a 2 bedroom apartment on the other side of my home. I have been slowly learning and reading about real estate while saving money the last year for my first investment and I wanted to invest in Atlantic City. I do love in Atlantic City and I do have a emotional attachment to the idea that the city is on the verge of better days. The real estate market is very cheap and I feel its prime for investments. With Stockton University building a new campus, hard rock casino coming in and Ocean Resorts re opening the old Revel I really feel that the city is on the verge of a turn around. Was wondering if anyone has invested in Atlantic City in the last year or two and their thoughts on the city as far as real estate investment oppertunities. Would love to get some feed back.
