I just got a BRRR deal in Chattanooga TN under contract and wanted to know if anyone has any good contractor recommendations in that area? Any help appreciated! It would be finishing up the end of a rehab that already is about 3/4 done.

We used Todd with Rock Solid and I think he did a great job. Seemed very thorough and  had a very easy to understand color system in the report to let you know how bad the situation was. I would use him again and would recommend him to others. He also had a little less detailed inspection for investors if you did not want a full inspections. I went with the full. 

Karen did a great presentation about 1031's. I was awesome that we could ask questions and work together to figure them out. @Alison Fountain, a few others, and I went to broken top bottle shop afterwards and heard a pretty good talk on the 2018 outlook of the Central Oregon market. It was interesting to hear from a local economist and city planner. As you can imagine they said prices will go up, supply will go down, demand will increase. Bend does not even slow down for winter! Snow is not even factored into my participation in anything anymore. Karen you will get use to it. 

I have just bought a turnkey property for cash in Indianapolis and would like to put a conventional mortgage on it to pull some capital back out. I am an out of state investor. Does anyone have a recommendation on an Indianapolis conventional mortgage broker or originator that is used to working with investors? Looking for 30 yr fixed rate and would like to use the rent on the property as part of the dept to income ratio. Any recommendations appreciated!

Thanks everyone for the great info. I ended up going with Todd from rock solid, I got that recommendation first and it's a bit time critical. I will put a review up after it's done. Thanks again for all the info. Also, if anyone has any turn key in Indy I would love to see what they have for sale. 

I am looking for a home inspector recommendation for a home I am trying to buy in Indianapolis. Does anyone have someone they have worked with and had good experience with?  Thanks so much for your help!
