@abhi golhar We do, currently we are working on a rehab in Statesville, NC which is about 40 mins outside of Charlotte. If we run into more opportunities I will let you know. Right now we are looking for private lending if that is an area you could assist with?

Hello Fellow BP-er's

I have been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for the past few years and have gained a wealth of knowledge from the information Josh and Brandon have provided along with their weekly guests. The forums have been a great help in learning more about real estate investing and devising creating financing deals. I appreciate all the information my fellow BP'ers have provided and hope to contribute half as much to the discussions that I have learned from them!

I have been a real estate investor for the past 3 years with a few properties under my company's belt. We are looking for multi family opportunities in the Charlotte, NC area.
