Hi John,

Unfortunately I cannot recommend one yet, but based on personal experience I can tell you to avoid Totora Property Management (Vincent Totora). I had some very negative experiences with them. I'm not sure if that is who you are currently using or not, but if you are switching, make sure to avoid them.

Hi,

Wanted to introduce myself on the forums. I recently joined the BP forums after listening to the podcasts for a while.

I started in real estate last year as the founder and managing member of Nickel City Ventures, LLC which targets buy and hold properties in the University Heights neighborhood in Buffalo, NY.

I am a CPA by trade, but would like to eventually get into real estate full time. I'm always looking to meet all sorts of real estate professionals and am definitely interested in meeting more experienced investors to act as a mentor. The learning curve thus far has been pretty intense and it seems like there is always an infinite more amount of knowledge to gain in the real estate business.
