Hello everyone! My name is Paul Nguyen and I've been a business owner for going on 15 years. Although, the money is good and I enjoy doing it. I'm so so burnt out working 60-80 a week. I always seen my father work hard and that lead me to believe it's the right thing to do. I was always that one person that would pick up other people's shift or overtime available. I didn't mind putting in the work because it got me to where I'm at now. It's been only the last few years ago that I'd got married and started a family. This is what opened up my eyes to want to not work so so many hours and dedicate some time to spend with my new little family. I'v always was curious about all aspects of real estate, but never had the time to actually make any moves. I recently attend one of those fortune builder free seminars and went on the try the 3 day one too. This really got me excited and interested into RE more. The biggest problem for me is that my wife is very spectacle of the benefits it could provide. She not one to take big risks. With the two business I currently have, I pretty much took went ahead without her approval and done it. This force me to prove to her that it's possible. Especially,  when failure is never an option for me. Sorry for running mouth , but this leads up to my question.

What's the best advice for a person like me that's trying the get in RE? The best approach to get my feet wet in the many different aspects it has to offer?

To help out a little with some possible guidance. I am pretty handy with doing almost anything from electrical, carpentry, buildings things and etc... kind of a jack of all trades ,but definitely a master of nothing. Lol. Also, I do have some capital to start off with, have good credit and have resources if need tof get a jump start.

Any recommendations, opinion or guidance is great appreciated!!!!
