Thank you Brian! My only option at this point is to get a few wholesale deals and turn them to get some cash coming in. Then eventually expand into rentals. One step at a time!

Hello all, my name is Paul and I am from the Sacramento CA area. I am a serial entrepreneur looking to make a dent in the REI world. I am incredibly passionate when it comes to real estate and everything that it entails. I do have over 12 years experience in sales and construction experience. I am a sole provider for 4 and am not looking to waste my time or anyone else's time. I am interested in networking and getting in my first deal asap.

I am very grateful for the BP community and looking forward to building as a community.

The absolute best investment you can make right now is in the real estate in between your ears. This will allow you to gain the knowledge to make an infinite return in real estate or any other venture you decide to do.
