Looking to expand my portfolio here in the St Louis metro area. I currently hold about 20 doors and im looking for local wholesalers to build a relationship with to enable my growth process. Currently only buying of MLS.

How to find quality contractors and maintenance workers?

I currently have 1 flip and two tenant turnovers going and am having hard time finding anyone.

I'm located in St. Louis metro area.
