Looking to re-finance and expand a UK based property company. Generally mixed use /multi family buildings. I have no issue paying fees I just won't pay them upfront. I am also happy to pay any legal costs you may incur on completion.Please contact me for more info.

 Anyone have any experience of this company working out of Houston ?  Been offered finance but they are asking for a big upfront payment prior to starting due diligence.
