Yes Frank Rolfe and Dave Reynolds are management, along with a few other folks including an impressive new CFO and general counsel. I think they have about 40 active properties and 20 under contract, about $65 million total invested in the fund.

Has anyone invested in the MHC America Fund or investigated it? I have read all their documents and don't see any big downside. Looking for mobile home park returns without managing parks myself.
