Can anyone recommend an easy to use online payment app or method for allowing tenants to pay online and direct to my account?

Ideally, it would send out reminders and also allow the payments to be exported into an accounting program.

I see from the forums there are ones for US banks, and i was wondering if there is something similar for Canadian ones.

I was introduced to them by a colleague but cannot find much on BP. They seem to offer a good selection of properties (commercial and residential), but as usual i would  value the BP community thoughts on this.

Hi and welcome. There is lots of great information on this site depending upon what your real estate goals are. Are you looking at SFH or multi family, and are you looking at investing in Winnipeg. Id so, I would suggest some of the local real estate groups to start with. Everyday investor united has their next meeting jan 4th i think (check out their facebook page), or via meetup.com.

Hi, to all BP members from Manitoba. I am relatively new to BP and trying to grow my , business, and learning as I go. I notice a lot of Manitoba members here, and wondered if there was interest in a Winnipeg/Manitoba meet up? I know there are several REI clubs in the city, but most do charge to be a member.

Informal meet up to exchange ideas and network?
