 Thank you sir. What my fiance and I are planning on doing in May when our lease is up, is to house hack a duplex preferably in the North Miami or Hallandale area. Maybe you could help us out with that? If there is any way that I could be of help to you let me know.

I've worked as a sales rep for ADT for over a year now. During this time, I spent a lot of time out on the field and all of the for sale houses caught my attention. The idea of buying properties became an obsession, but the whole process seems so intimidating. I've never owned a home and have always rented. I stumbled across this site and have been digesting everything that I could. There is so much to learn!
