Daniel Wampler great to see someone from Wichita! I lived there for 17 years in Andover, I plan on moving back this fall from Phoenix. I'm finishing up my first flip here and I would like to buy rentals in the Wichita area next. I'm new to investing, I'll have my real estate license in Arizona in a couple weeks and plan to get my license in Kansas as well.

I'm currently doing my first flip right now in the Ahwatukee area. Looking to meet other investors or real estate agents. My cup is empty and I want to learn everything I can about real estate investing. Paul
