Matthew Irish-Jones That’s a good little area of homes over in that area. Sounds like it’s gonna hit the market around spring time which is great! If you ever have any questions don’t hesitate to ask. I also know of many local meet ups if you’re interested.

Matthew Irish-Jones we cleared just under 20k on that first flip. The knowledge we gained from that experience was huge. The rental we now have is in Depew. What area of Depew is your flip in?

Thanks! Taking that first step was definitely the toughest part. Our plan like most..is to have enough rental income to quit one job at a time. Have enough money coming in for a secure retirement & Giving us more time home with family.

Hello everybody! We’ve been in real estate for a little over a year now. We successfully flip our first house in 2017. We also have a 2 family rental. We’ve learned a lot this past year so I’d like to make myself available to any newbie that might have some questions. Looking for somebody with experience on bank owned properties. They won't accept my POF from my hard money lender. Anybody have any advice or have had to be resourceful when it came to providing a POF letter

I bought my single family home in April 2016..bought for 130k.. maybe monthly mortgage payments and with small upgrades to home and appreciation.. without a official appraisal I would say home is worth 160k minimum from what I've seen online
