Hello, I am a Realtor In Ohio,
Sounds like you bought with a great interest rate. One option: You could seller finance your house to someone or lease option. You could charge a higher interest rate and negotiate the down payment that way you still get your money monthly & not worry about repairs etc. if the buyer defaults, you get the property back.

Hello.

We have a residential building of 3 stories and 8 units in Cincinnati. The basement level is partially finished and we would like to add 2-3 units in there. We would like to do it all legally with plans approved by the town.

Any recommendations for an architect / company that can assist us with this project?

Also what would be a reasonable price range for this type of project? Each unit would be 400-500 sqft.

Alto Design are great and reputable in Cincinnati, ohio

Hi BP Fam,

I am looking to buy a few properties by the end of this year or early next year and would like to get one under contract within a few months. I visited Cincinnati recently to identify the opportunities and see the neighborhoods up close for a weekend. I am an out-of-state investor looking to connect with investors in the greater Cincinnati area to build up my network. Let's connect!

Are still lookin in Cincinnati?

I recently took a site visit to Cincinnati earlier this month and didn’t like the city. Therefore, I’m on the hunt for another market to invest in.

Thanks

no problem I’m sorry to hear that. Columbus and dayton are markets you might have luck in. Good luck 👍 let me know if you need any assistance if you circle back around to Cincinnati at some point in the future, I can be your boots on the ground.

Hey everyone, I will be moving to tampa in a few short weeks and still haven't found a place!! My job will be transferring me onto the macdill afb (I'm not military) in a few short weeks. I've been looking on zillow, redfin, rently and Facebook. The ones on zillow and redfin ask for more than I can afford and credit won't qualify me. Rently and Facebook shows some potential but still looking.( BTW, How do I know Facebook listing's aren't scams??) I'm just looking for someone to give my family a chance. My current living situation is very stressful but keeping positive. I do want to get into real estate very soon so I do know some of the process so i know we'll be excellent tenants.

Hello Mickael, I believe if you talked to a realtor in Tampa they would be able to help you find a rental in your budget. You can also speak with a lender to see what you need to do to qualify for a mortgage if buying a house down there is one of your goals. If you take these steps you will know realistically your options. I am a licensed Realtor in Ohio but I can give you a referral to an agent in the area your looking if you need.

Hi,

I am interested in connecting with anyone who has midterm rentals in the Cincinnati area as an out of state investor. I looking to utilize an 4 family property (1BR/1BA) mix into a future MTR space and would love to chat with some MTR hosts about your experience.

Please feel free to PM me.

Thanks!

Great rental areas in Cincinnati would be pleasant ridge, Norwood, Fairfax, Hyde park, walnut hills, Clifton, Evanston, silverton kenwood area. If you go west it’s more affordable. The areas I named are sustainable areas of great interest because of convenience and quality. I am a licensed realtor I grew up in the kenwood area. Have you gotten your 4 family property rented? What area is your property in?

Hello if you still need boots on the ground I’m located in Cincinnati Ohio. You can give me a call/txt at 5133569056. I’m a licensed Realtor looking to network.
